Order Standard Size Meals
Our standard size meals have at least 5 oz of post-cooked protein (approximately zone 4 blocks). The following prices are for one individual.
Five Days a Week
Five-day-a-week plans receive all the meals listed in the menu for that week. For example, if you order “Dinner Only” for 5 days, you’ll receive all the dinners listed on the menu for that week.
Three Days a Week
Three-day-a-week plans receive the first three meals listed in the menu for that week. For example, if you order “Dinner Only” for 3 days, you’ll receive the first three dinners listed for that week.
Order XL Meals
Our XL meals have 50% more protein than our standard size - that’s at least 8 oz of post-cooked protein. The following prices are for one individual.

Three Days a Week
Three-day-a-week plans receive the first three meals listed in the menu for that week. For example, if you order “Dinner Only” for 3 days, you’ll receive the first three dinners listed for that week.
Important Notes
Discounts: Recurring orders receive a discount of 5% – 10% off one-time prices.
Recurring Orders: Your order will be placed automatically each week. To order for more than one person, you’ll need to setup multiple subscriptions.
One Time Orders: Your order will be filled for the following week (see delivery schedule below). If you’re ordering for more than one person, you can update the quantity when you check
out.Delivery Schedule: Order by Wednesday for the following week’s delivery. Deliveries are made every Monday and Thursday; please see our delivery schedule for gym-specific details.
Meal Choices: If pork or seafood items are on a menu, we will always put them in the last two meals of the week. You can safely order a three-day-a-week plan if you’d prefer not to have those items.
