Wicked simple breakfast delight

Ridiculously fast and good new entry into the no gluten, no dairy breakfast routine.. try this, seriously.  3 minutes to yum in even the busiest of morns (like mine this AM getting 3 kids and us two old folks out the door).  Speaking of kids, good reviews from them too... "THAT is super good!" Egg, banana, dark chocolate. 

 

How: One egg in a mug, whisk with fork, add in one mashed up banana, 10-15 chocolate bits (we used a few squares of chopped up 85% dark), mix it all together.  Microwave for 90 seconds.  Stop, wait 10 seconds (engage kids in importance of a countdown like it's a space mission), zap for another 30.  

Flip out onto a plate and scarf.  Fast and great item courtesy of Scot here on the PS team.  Thus, and because we're big Ferris Bueller fans, we will dub it "The Peterson" (and in case you need a Bueller refresher... here 'tis, you're welcome).
