Marinated Chicken Skewers, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Grilled Eggplant with a Balsamic Vinaigrette

Bacon Turkey Burgers with Portobellos &Southwest Mayo
Turkey burger on Out of the Box Bakery bun with portobello mushrooms and smokey aioli

Fish Tacos with Shredded Cabbage and White Aztec Sauce and Cumin Coleslaw
Sautéed fish with shredded cabbage tossed in a lime vinaigrette and stuffed inside Paleo soft taco shells.

Sautéed chicken encrusted with pistachios and served with roasted carrot salad.

Marinated and grilled beef in a tangy sauce of almond, vinegar and tomatoes served with savory seasonal vegetables.

Apple and Apricot Pork Chops with Swiss Chard
Paleo Comfort Foods hits another one out of the park: slow-cooked pork chops with ginger and sage with a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Thai Cashew Shrimp with Gingered Cauliflower Rice
Sautéed shrimp with lime, fish sauce, and fresh herbs with crunchy cashews, served over cauliflower rice.
