Back in June Mindful Chef and Power Supply joined forces because we shared similar values and goals around enhancing the well-being of others. We are all folks whose lives were changed by eating and moving differently, with a whole bunch of energy for helping others see the same results we did, total jedi chefs and awesome support from the local community. That’s the ingredient list for Power Supply.  

We are locally owned, locally operated, and rely upon relationships with local sources of high quality produce and proteins whenever possible.  We believe in clean eating and understand that some may choose a vegetarian lifestyle while others may elect to eat animal-based sources of high quality protein.  

Our mission is super simple: help tons of folks make and sustain a big change in their eating and health so they can enjoy all the awesome bennies of a more powerful life.  Feeling, looking and performing better.  Thinking sharper, participating more, having a positiver (yes, we’re not above making up new words) outlook and gobs of energy.
