Mixitarian (Paleo-Inspired)

High-quality and wide-variety of animal proteins paired with veggies, nuts, safe starches/grains, legumes, and sparing use of natural sweeteners.  For folks inspired by the Paleo template, but comfortable experimenting. Dishes with Pork and Seafood will generally come in the 5 day plan at the end of the week.

Vegetarian

Plant-based, flavor-packed, high-protein meals with diverse veggies, legumes, nuts, safe starches, and sparing use of natural sweeteners. Tons of lean meal options for the non-meat eater or the mixer upper.  Dishes with Tofu and Seitan will generally come in the 5 day plan at the end of the week.
